On the 20th of November 2013, for the third year in a row, Rödl & Partner* has organized the international conference in the field of renewable energy. The event has taken place in Nürnberg, Germany and has been attended by more than 200 experts in this sector.
The thirty-one professionals of the international energy team of Rödl & Partner have given highly topical presentations in the areas of: wind energy, photovoltaic energy, biogas, geothermal energy, and have approached an interdisciplinary perspective from a legal, tax and financial point of view.
The Romanian lawyers, through SCP Frăţilă, Rödl & Partner, have contributed to this conference with a detailed presentation of the latest legislative amendments related to the renewable energy on the local market and the their impact on the further development of the photovoltaic and wind industry in Romania until year 2016.
On the occasion of this conference, Rödl & Partner has launched the comparative study “Marketing of renewable energies on national and international level”, consisting of 16 country reports and interviews with experts in this field. The lawyers of SCP Frăţilă, Rödl & Partner have contributed to this study with a detailed presentation of the status of the energy segment in Romania.
