Globalworth, one of the leading office real estate investors in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), announces the signing of a new lease agreement with Tema Energy. Starting in July 2026, the company will relocate its team to Globalworth Tower, where it will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm of office space.
Tema Energy is one of Romania’s leading providers of critical infrastructure integration for data centres and AI Factories, with more than two decades of market experience. The company designs and delivers end-to-end solutions for power supply, cooling, security and automation for organisations operating in essential sectors, ranging from financial services and telecommunications to public administration and industry. Every project is built around one core principle: technology infrastructure must be reliable, energy-efficient and ready to meet the growing demands of the AI era.
Through this relocation, Tema Energy will operate from a modern office environment that meets today's standards for comfort, accessibility and operational efficiency. The move reflects the company's commitment to creating a high-performing workplace that supports the dynamic needs of a continuously growing and evolving team.
Ema Iftimie, Managing Director of Globalworth Romania, said: „We welcome Tema Energy to the Globalworth Tower business community. Their decision to choose this building reflects the growing demand among innovative companies for high-performance, sustainable workplaces that are well connected to the city's infrastructure. We are pleased to support Tema Energy's continued growth by providing an environment designed to meet the evolving needs of its team.”
Mihai Manole, Managing Partner of Tema Energy, added: „Over the past few years, Tema Energy has experienced accelerated growth, driven by the expansion of our team and the continued development of our commercial activities. We needed a workspace that reflects not only the size of our team and our growth plans, but also our company's mission, which is centred on cutting-edge technology and sustainability. As energy efficiency is a key priority in the data centres we build, choosing one of Bucharest's greenest office buildings for our new headquarters was a natural decision. We would like to thank our partners at Globalworth Romania for their collaboration, and we are confident that our new headquarters will help us take Tema Energy to the next level."
The new lease further strengthens Globalworth's position as the preferred partner for both local and international companies seeking premium office space across the CEE region. As of December 31, 2025, Globalworth's portfolio was valued at €2.6 billion and includes properties in Romania and Poland, reinforcing its position as one of the region's leading office real estate investors.
Globalworth Tower offers a total leasable area of 54,000 sqm and excellent accessibility. It was the first building in Romania and South-Eastern Europe to achieve LEED Platinum certification, the highest level of green building certification available. This premium Class A office development rises 120 metres across 26 above-ground floors. Globalworth Tower combines high-performance technical specifications with environmentally friendly solutions, while offering a balanced mix of office facilities and ground-floor retail spaces.
Located adjacent to Promenada Mall, the building also benefits from excellent public transport connectivity, with direct access to the metro, tram and bus networks.
Current tenants include Aera, Anritsu, Bunge, Ferrero, Huawei, Inditex, Mega Image, NNDKP, Prime Kapital, Regina Maria and Vodafone.
The signing of this agreement with Tema Energy demonstrates Globalworth's ability to attract and support companies operating in strategic sectors of the modern economy, while reaffirming its commitment to creating exceptional workspaces tailored to the evolving needs of its tenants.
