B+N will occupy approximately 1,500 sqm of office space in Green Court D, Globalworth’s newest development in Bucharest, currently under construction in the Aurel Vlaicu area and scheduled for completion in 2027.

With approximately 16,500 sqm of office space, Green Court D is the fourth building within the Green Court complex and one of Globalworth’s most advanced developments in terms of technology and sustainability. The project will comprise a ground floor and 11 upper floors, as well as three dedicated underground parking levels.

The building integrates advanced solutions designed to optimize energy performance while providing a high level of comfort for its users. These include a geothermal system comprising 19 wells drilled to a depth of 125 metres, heat pumps and air-cooled chillers with Free-Cooling technology, using environmentally friendly R1234ze refrigerant (GWP < 10). The air handling units will feature high-performance heat and humidity recovery systems, contributing to both energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.

Green Court D will feature the most powerful photovoltaic installation in Globalworth’s portfolio, with an installed capacity of 168 kWp, as well as full LED lighting. Tenant areas will be equipped with fan coil units using EC motors, ensuring energy efficiency and low noise levels. The building’s security system will also incorporate video analytics technology for intelligent and efficient monitoring.

The project is targeting LEED Platinum certification, the highest level of green building certification, and will also benefit from WELL Health & Safety and Access4you certifications. In Romania, 100% of Globalworth’s office portfolio by value holds green certifications.

Its location in one of Bucharest’s key business hubs is another major advantage of the project. Green Court D offers easy access to the public transport network, including Aurel Vlaicu metro station, as well as to the city’s main thoroughfares and the wide range of retail and service amenities available in northern Bucharest.
