SAA advised Rockpool on all Romanian elements of the transaction whereby the latter invested in EC Electronics, an electronics manufacturing service provider for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and product innovators in the UK and Europe, including in Romania where they operate production facilities in the South-West of the country.

The firm seeks to invest in companies operating in the technology, business services, manufacturing, energy, retail, consumer, leisure, specialist engineering and media sectors based in the United Kingdom.

Launched in 1984, EC Electronics (https://ecelectronics.com/) produces and supplies a number of electronic-based products and sub-assemblies to customers across various industries including connected technology, medical devices, electric vehicles, building controls, and environmental monitoring.
