Stratulat Albulescu is pleased to announce the promotion of five outstanding lawyers, effective April 1, 2024.

Congratulations to Adriana Dobre on her promotion to Head of Dispute Resolution, to Manuela Iurascu and Raluca Gabor on their promotion to Counsel and to Irina Caragea and Amanda Csaki on their promotion to Senior Associate.

Their new positions stand as a testament to their diligent efforts, substantial involvement, and valuable contributions across multiple intricate projects over the past year.  They have consistently showcased exceptional communication skills and pragmatism in client interactions, all while adeptly understanding their needs.

Commenting on the promotions, Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat said: “Each of our newly promoted lawyers has demonstrated an outstanding dedication to delivering our unique SAA client experience and fostering the growth of their teams. I am sure they will continue to play an important role in our drive for continued growth.”

Adriana Dobre (Dispute Resolution) has been with the firm since 2020, initially coordinating one of the dispute resolution groups at SAA. Following an outstanding performance and proof of coordinating capabilities, Adriana was promoted to Partner in January 2022 and now serves as Head of Dispute Resolution.

With more than 12 years of experience in business law, Manuela Iurascu (Real Estate) joined the SAA team in November 2021 in the Real Estate and Construction department, where she gained experience in a diverse range of projects (from acquisition/sale of real estate assets and continuing with the development of real estate projects - especially in the logistic area - to green energy - photovoltaic and wind parks).

Raluca Gabor (Energy) joined the team in August 2022 and has approximately 11 years of professional experience in the legal field. Raluca has specialized in large infrastructure projects in all stages (from permitting to operational maturity) with a bias towards energy including, more specifically, renewables, conventional electricity, shore and offshore oil & gas, mining, natural resources and petrochemical industries.

Irina Caragea (Real Estate) joined the SAA team in October 2021. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate field, Irina gained extensive industry knowledge being involved in a wide array of projects, with emphasis on retail, office and logistics leases, due diligence, acquisition and development of real estate.

Amanda Csaki (Corporate/M&A) joined our M&A team in September 2020 as a junior lawyer. Being a hard-working member of our Firm who has always proved her dedication and devotion to the strategy and principles of SAA, Amanda performed outstandingly and delivered exceptional client-oriented work. Furthermore, Amanda has demonstrated exceptional adaptability in effectively navigating through any M&A projects she undertakes.
