Salans assists US giant CHS Inc. (Nasdaq: CHSCP) in acquiring the majority stake in Agri Point Limited, a company that operates the Silotrans grain storage business at the Port of Constanta in Romania.
Salans' offices in Bucharest, Budapest and New York all supported CHS in this transaction. The Romania team was led by Managing Counsel Bogdan Bunrau, and included associates Anamaria Corbescu, Raluca Voinescu, Raluca Radu and Catalin Vlasceanu.
