Vlad advises domestic and international investors on acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments, combining extensive transactional experience with a commercially driven approach to legal advice. Having advised a broad range of market participants, including private equity funds, strategic investors and entrepreneurs, Vlad brings a nuanced understanding of the different commercial priorities and challenges involved in M&A transactions. His expertise spans transaction structuring and execution, corporate reorganisations, legal due diligence, risk assessment and complex negotiations. He frequently coordinates multidisciplinary teams and advises on complex legal and commercial matters at every stage of a transaction, from initial structuring through to completion.

With more than 16 years of experience in the legal profession, Vlad advises on significant domestic and cross-border transactions in sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, retail and FMCG, real estate and financial services.
