We are happy to start the year with a new success alongside a long-standing client, marking our eighth transaction together. As I said before, as a lawyer you feel the greatest professional satisfaction whenever a client returns with a new mandate. Then you know that you have delivered true value and your work is genuinely valued. I am grateful to AROBS for this long-term partnership, we thank them for their trust and for constantly challenging us with such interesting projects”, said Alina Stavaru, Partner of RTPR.

This strategic acquisition reconfirms our clients status as a key player in the Romanian tech industry. We are honoured by the trust they constantly place in us and are proud to contribute to the consolidation of a local technology champion”, said Andrei Tosa, Senior Associate at RTPR.
