Sign the form – ONLINE, by hand or in the `Virtual Private Space` of ANAF; Send the form in one of the following ways: - printed and scanned or in digital format, directly to us at email frm@fundatiainovatiisociale.ro, and we send them to ANAF for you, (according to ANAF order nr.936/2020, published in M.Of. nr.325/2020);
- upload it directly on our website;
- send it by post at the Fundația Inovații Sociale Regina Maria`s office and we will send it to ANAF for you;
- at ANAF office – by post or directly to your district`s ANAF`s counter;
- online on ANAF – „Virtual Private Space„ – filled out directly on the platform and automatically sent online (you don`t have to nu physically submit it elsewhere).

The pandemic will pass, but the fears and health problems of these people will remain for a long time to come, and without income and health insurance they cannot have access to health services. The only guarantee of health they have is from our Foundation and from the good people around us, who choose day by day to lend a hand to the one less fortunate than them. We need your help as well! According to the Tax Code, the following categories of persons can redirect 3.5% of income tax to Fundația Inovații Sociale Regina Maria: - Employees and pensioners from 2020
- People that have independent/agricultural activities, intellectual property rights and disposal of the use of the goods, if the latter are not required to file the unique declaration.
- Those who have obtained income from independent/agricultural activities, intellectual property rights and disposal of the use of the goods and are required to submit the unique declaration 212
