Redirect them to CMU Regina Maria Foundation

If in 2022 you did not make sponsorships or you did but did not reach the maximum limit set by law (maximum 20% of income or profit tax, but not more than 0.75% of turnover), you can use Form 177 to ask ANAF to redirect the unallocated amount to our foundation. You can do this until 25 December 2022 or within 6 months from the date of submission of Form 177 and ANAF will redirect the amount to us. For you, this process will not have any accounting implications - you just need to sign a sponsorship contract with us and then record this number on form 177 which you then submit to ANAF.

For the year 2023, the law will still allow you to redirect up to 20% of this year's income tax to the CMU Regina Maria Foundation through a sponsorship contract. The related amount will still be registered as a tax credit, if you make the payment by 30 December 2023, and the amount of the sponsorship will be deducted from the corporate income tax under the condition that it falls within the limits imposed by the regulations of the Tax Code, Title Il, Chapter II, Art.21, para. P., i.e. 20% of the corporate income tax, but not more than 7.5 per thousand of the turnover.
