This year, HOSPICE Casa Speranței, turns 30. During all this period, over 45,000 patients benefited from palliative care so their life, after a terrible diagnosis, would be lived with dignity and pain free. To this number also adds the number of their dear ones. Thus, over 100,000 relatives received support.
A simple form = a great chance for patients who need palliative care!
The first step: be willing to offer a GOOD TIME to those people for whom every minute lived without pain is a victory. Then fill out and sign the form no. 230 through which you redirect 3.5% of the taxes you already paid last year to the Romanian state. You can do this by filling in and sign the form directly on the website or by downloading the PDF format of the document.
After you have the form no.230 filled in, please send it to our email address: hospice@hospice.ro or to one of our offices, directly or by post (Brasov – Str. Sitei nr 17 A or in Bucharest – str Tămâioarei nr 121-123). It can also be sent to the tax authority you belong to, directly to the registry office or by post. If you have an electronic signature, you can submit the form through the online service: ANAF Spațiul Privat Virtual.
