The Swedish subsidiary “PP Sweden AB” is 100% owned by the Pedersen & Partners’ international holding firm “Pedersen & Partners Netherlands B.V.” The opening of the new Pedersen & Partners office in Sweden marks a milestone in the firm’s strategy of establishing a strong presence in mature markets to ensure proximity to clients and candidates.

The new Swedish office is headed by Ronny Andersson, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of international experience in Executive Search and strategic HR consulting, primarily within the Industrial and Consumer Goods Practice Groups. The Executive Search consultants on the Nordic team include Client Partner Sandrine Karlsson Peraldi and Principals Jonas Bengtsson, Marie Grondahl, Robert Nash, and Inge Sorensen.
