Course aim is the development of corporate culture through the inclusion of some key elements of etiquette and protocol in business for better understanding and development of a culture of mutual respect and service between business partners and corporate organization and the opportunity to develop business relationship with customers and with public institutions.

We shall deliver an interactive presentation of etiquette and protocol standards in the field of business for the success of company’s activities. We'll see that participants understand and apply these rules in the business communities they are coming from.

The participants may be from all front-office departments of the company, middle management from Human Resources, Marketing, PR and Corporate Communications.

- An explanation of the etiquette and protocol and their importance for a company's success. The mention of common standards of the etiquette.
- How can we harmonise standards of etiquette with organization culture?
- How can we organize a Management Reunion?
- How can we organize an outbound in the city with business partners? How can we use the etiquette business for our company to retain customers?
- How do we set a formal table arrangement in protocol? How do we make a professional wine tasting?
- Protocol and technology evolution
- Protocol and Security / Risk Management concepts
- Etiquette and protocol in relation with religion, state institutions and diplomacy
- How do we recover from errors made in the etiquette and protocol?

The course will last 2 days, 8 hours a day. The total investment is 1180 lei +TVA/ person. The Course is delivered by Mihai Maties, Director at Mastermind Communications SRL. He holds a double license in Journalism&Communication Sciences and, respectively, Law. He has an Master (MA) in International Affairs and another Diploma in European Affairs. Also he attended intensive courses at International School of Protocol and Diplomacy from Bruxelles. Mihai is a certified trainer from CNFPA. He started his training carrier in 2001.
