Filip & Company law firm has assisted DIGI Romania S.A. (“DIGI”) in the acquisition of part of the business and assets of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A. (“TKRM”).

The transaction worth EUR 40 million includes the transfer of assets such as spectrum licenses, telecommunication towers, as well as the transfer of the business of providing prepaid mobile telecommunications services from TKRM to DIGI, followed by the acquisition of TKRM shares by Vodafone Romania S.A. The closing took place on 1 October 2025.
