EY Romania Strengthens its Team of Lawyers With Experts in the Management of Tax Dispute Resolution

Emanuel Băncilă and Alex Slujitoru join the EY team as Executive Director and, respectively, Manager in the Tax and Legal Department. Previously, both have occupied similar positions in a Romanian law firm associated to another major Big 4 company.

Emanuel will coordinate projects related to the management of tax dispute resolution and litigation. Emanuel is a member of the Bucharest Bar and has offered tax and legal consultancy for over 15 years. His professional experience covers challenging and suspending fiscal administrative acts, revocation of tax authorizations, as well as various administrative disputes, public procurement procedures, commercial disputes, including executing and/or challenging enforcement procedures.
Alex Slujitoru is a member of the Bucharest Bar with over 6 years of experience in areas such as fiscal consultancy, dispute resolution, tax, civil and commercial litigation, as well as real estate matters.
