The implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/970 from 10 May 2023 will imply a fundamental change in addressing gender pay gaps. Through pay transparency and enforcement mechanisms, this Directive represents a significant step toward strengthening equal pay for men and women.

There will be greater empowerment of employers, a promotion of an organizational culture based on fairness, and active support for women in achieving economic and professional independence. Through these changes, we will gradually build a fairer and more inclusive society, where every individual, regardless of gender, receives recognition and appropriate remuneration for their work.
