Envisia – Boards of Elite announces the launch of the 9th cohort of the prestigious Henley Postgraduate Certificate in Board Practice and Directorship Programme (PGCert BPD), delivered in partnership with Henley Business School, one of the few to hold the highly coveted Triple Crown accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS).

Each board and the organisational context it faces is unique. As a result, the Programme, all three stages, considers what it takes to deliver highly effective boards, director behaviours and governance frameworks across different sectors and settings. The PGCert BPD (Stage 1) is focused on director development.

This stage draws attention a director’s contribution and frames stewardship of the organization, and your due diligence as a leader. Enrolment details Applicants must meet specific qualifications, including:

  • A Master’s degree or a good BA degree (or equivalent)
  • Organizational leadership/board experience, or at least three years’ senior management experience with board-level access
  • Access to a live board-level governance challenge identified in your proposal
  • English language proficiency: IELTS 7.0, with no element below 6.0 OR an “English Proficiency at Work” document – signed by current employer)

The investment in the Henley Postgraduate Certificate in Board Practice and Directorship Programme is £10,000.

The deadline for applications is January 31st, 2025, and the Programme, first stage, is set to begin on 6th April 2025.
