Global law firm DLA Piper announces the appointment in Romania of Arcadie Parfenie, Director, as Head of Tax, consolidating the firm’s full-service offering in Romania.

Arcadie is a senior tax professional with extensive experience in international taxation, developed through in-house leadership and advisory roles in Romania and Luxembourg. He has coordinated tax matters across multiple European jurisdictions and worked on complex group reorganisations, M&A transactions, financing structures, transfer pricing and tax compliance. His combination of in-house and advisory experience enables him to approach tax matters in the context of clients’ wider commercial and strategic objectives.
