Vitapur Home, a brand developed in Slovenia which manufactures and sells products for premium homes, sports or travelling, enters the local market by opening a 120 square meter store within the Mega Mall in Bucharest, owned by the South-Africa based NEPI Rockcastle company.
Vitapur currently has a network of approximately 90 stores in shopping centers and galleries in Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria, with the first local store to be inaugurated in August this year, near the Carrefour hypermarket in Mega Mall.
Besides Vitapur, the company’s eponym brand, there are other brands in the retailer’s portfolio: Vitapur Family, Hitex (for 25 years on the market), Rosmarino, Scandinavia, 4kiddo and Svilanit (with 80 years of experience on the market), with some of products already sold in major supermarket and hypermarket networks.
Cushman & Wakefield Echinox intermediated the lease of the Vitapur space in Mega Mall and is the exclusive representative of Vitapur in Romania. The company plans to expand firstly in Bucharest, then in other major Romanian cities, with the company's stores ranging between 120 and 190 square meters.
