Biriş Goran successfully represented its long-standing client, Global Vision, in the sale of a portfolio comprising logistics space and land in Bucharest, Constanța and Târgu Mureș, to WDP, one of the largest developers on the Romanian logistics market. The transaction is valued at approximately EUR 110 million, being one of the largest on the Romanian market in 2024.
The seller is a joint venture owned by Global Vision and Globalworth, leading real estate investors in the CEE region.
