September 17, starting at 6.30 pm

How mindset, well-being, and leadership presence are reshaping the workplace in 2025

What if happiness at work isn’t the result of success — but part of how we get there?

In today’s workplace, reshaped by hybrid work, digital acceleration, and leadership fatigue, happiness has become more than a buzzword: it is a strategic foundation for engagement, performance, and long-term resilience. Leaders and HR professionals face growing pressure to sustain performance while also addressing burnout, disengagement, and the emotional toll of constant change.

We are excited to welcome:

  • Prof. Ken Harmon, Professor and Author of The Happiness Handbook: A Practical Guide to Changing Your Life,
  • Dan Manea, Chief Human Resources Officer, Global Pharma and MedTech Leader.
  • Moderator: Ovidiu Dimbean, ASEBUSS

They will share international insights and hands-on examples showing how focusing on people and culture fuels clarity, motivation, and long-term results in leadership.

Why join?

Join us to gain fresh perspectives and practical ideas on how happiness, purpose, and people-centered leadership fuel engagement, resilience, and long-term impact.

The ASEBUSS connection
