The tax and audit firm Adevaris has advised the Swiss Confiseur Läderach Holding in the sale of its Romanian chocolate factory and brand “Heidi Chocolate”.
Confiseur Läderach, a Swiss premium chocolate manufacturer, sold 100% of its shares in Heidi Chocolat S.A. to the investment fund owning KEX Confectionary S.A. Heidi Chocolat S.A. employs in its factory in Pantelimon 350 people and sells its products under its brand “Heidi” in 40 countries on 6 continents.
Bucharest-based partner René Schöb led the Adevaris team, assisted by the Tax Director DanMarinescu and the Audit Partner Mihaela-Doina Cojocaru.
