With over 20 years of experience in supporting team development and formal education in psychology and business management, focusing on leadership development and business models, George Agafiţei joins the Valoria brand.

George has trained in Romania, Switzerland and the Netherlands. He is accredited to deploy the Emergenetics® profile and the DIG (Discovery-Innovation-Growth) business simulation. For nearly 10 years he has led HR teams in large companies in the banking, media, and consulting sector. Since 2006, he has worked as a freelancer.
