About the facilitators:

Dagmara Chudzinska-Matysiak is a highly accomplished, results-oriented leader with over two decades of deep-rooted expertise within the global staffing industry. Her 24-year tenure at Randstad is a testament to strategic growth, having ascended from foundational operations to high-level executive leadership. Since 2005, Dagmara has spearheaded regional strategies, managing complex P&L structures and driving B2B business development with a sharp focus on Randstad’s global priorities. Most recently, as Regional Director in Poland, she was instrumental in strengthening market positioning through effective sales and operational leadership. An alumna of Dutch Philology, Dagmara has further sharpened her strategic edge through executive programs at INSEAD and London Business School, focusing on digital transformation and senior leadership. Now based in Bucharest, she brings her extensive experience in building high-performing teams to lead and elevate Randstad’s operations in Romania.

Ionuț Huzu, with extensive experience in management and HR consultancy, serves as the Commercial Director at Randstad Romania. His professional journey is defined by successfully leading teams and business operations within top multinational companies. Ionuț is a strategic partner for organizations looking to optimize their recruitment processes and adapt to the current dynamics of the workforce.
