AmCham Romania continues its series of intersectoral dialogues among members with a second edition dedicated to Corporate Governance & Capital Markets, taking place on September 11, 2026, from 09:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the AmCham Romania office.

We are pleased to welcome Răzvan Popp, Head of Transparency and Issuer Reporting at the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) and ASF representative in the OECD Corporate Governance Committee, who will provide the regulatory perspective and present ASF’s ongoing work to assess the state of corporate governance practices among Romanian listed companies.

The session will be opened, on behalf of AmCham, by Board Member Raluca Țintoiu, Chair of the AmCham Capital Markets Committee, and Board Member Ciprian Lăduncă, Chair of the AmCham Corporate Governance Committee.

The roundtable aims to connect the regulatory perspective with the experience of listed companies and that of companies considering a future listing or other forms of market-based financing, exploring evolving investor expectations, market readiness, and the role of sound governance in strengthening investor confidence. Through this cross-sector dialogue, AmCham aims to bring together regulatory, capital markets and corporate perspectives and contribute to a stronger governance and investment environment in Romania.
