Public Procurement- Traps and Solutions Workshop

• the tenderers, focusing on subcontracting;
•  participation to public procurement procedures in association and/or relying on the capacities of other entities;
•  conflict of interests;
•  types of procedures and their applicability;
•  drafting up the award documentation;
• clarification requests and responses;
•  preparation and submission of tenders;
•  the way in which the tenders are assessed;
•  the determination of the procedure’s result and the annulment cases;
• the knotty and controversial legal issues regarding the challenging procedure of the contracting authority’s acts issued during the public procurement procedure, including the award documentation;
• the public procurement contract, namely its execution, termination, cancelation, contractual liability.

The presentation will be delivered by Alina Bilan, ONV LAW Partner. Having an excellent experience in the matter of public procurement, concessions and public infrastructure, she coordinates for ONVLAW the following practice areas:public procurement–concessions–PPP, administrative law, construction law, energy.
Her experience also covers the matter of insurances,as she successfully managed important litigations in the marine insurances and reinsurances area.
