AmCham is pleased to invite members to a new series of seminars within the AmCham Learning & Innovation Center offered by Hart Consulting, on October 1st, 2024, between 16:00 and 18:00.

Please note that this workshop will be an IN-PERSON event, organized at AmCham Office (11 Ion Campineanu Street, Union International Center, 4th floor).

During the October 1st workshop Inclusive Leadership: what it is and how personality impacts it, you are invited to learn about the role of an inclusive leader in managing a team, what we mean by inclusive leadership and, to what extend one’s personality can affect/shape this type of leadership.

Who will facilitate the workshop?

Mădălina Bălan - is specialized in organizational psychology, senior international consultant and managing partner at Hart Consulting. Madalina is certified in several leadership and personality assessment methodologies such as Hogan Assessments, Schufried, Hogan 360, Hogan team assessment, Leadership Versatility etc.

She has been coaching and developing leaders and leadership teams from Europe, APAC, North & Central America for the past 15 years.

Madalina graduated from several training programs such as Stakeholders Centered Coaching (Marshall Goldsmith), Systemic Coaching Constellations (London), Academy of Executive Coaching etc.
