We’ll take a deeper look into what makes Businesses in our context, in Romania, in 2026 ready or not for digitalisation, and where these fancy technologies can actually bring benefits, real benefits, not only costs, risks and promises. At the end, you’ll know better what’s worth it, and more than that, what’s not. 

We will touch upon points such as the Business challenge of IT projects, the stakeholders, the processes and change management required, as well as why non-digital Businesses struggle to match the digitally-native ones, and how they can find their advantage in this market. 

We will talk about AI, and how in the age of AI it’s easier to identify your Business’ competitive advantage, and yours and your employees’ unique strengths.

Bio: With a BsC in Management, a BsC in Philosophy and an MsC in Behavioural Sciences in Rotterdam, Andrei has been consulting Romanian companies with regards to the way they transition to new technologies to increase their robustness for the next fifteen years.
