The EU Pay Transparency Directive will significantly change how we hire, reward and report on pay. For our organization, this is not just a legal requirement – it is an opportunity to strengthen trust, fairness and our position in the talent market.

In this session, we will explain in clear terms what the Directive means for us: new rights for candidates and employees, key obligations for employers (gender‑neutral job evaluation, pay gap reporting, follow‑up actions), and our 2024–2028 roadmap to compliance and ongoing pay equity.
