The AmCham Data Protection Task Force has the pleasure to invite members to a discussion on data quality under the AI Act, with special guest Tea Mustać, data protection, AI governance and intellectual property expert and consultant at Spirit Legal.

The online event will take place on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, between 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Participation is open to AmCham Romania members, free of charge, based on prior registration online here, by Monday, February 17, 2025, 5:00 pm. All registered participants will be provided with the connection details via email.

Meet the speaker:

Tea Mustać is a data protection, AI governance and intellectual property expert and consultant at Spirit Legal law firm. She advises companies on the responsible and ethical development and deployment of advanced technologies, focusing on building comprehensive AI compliance strategies and programs, data governance frameworks, and conducting in-house trainings and workshops on the responsible use of AI within companies. Tea regularly contributes articles to various publications exploring the intersection of law and technology, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence.

In addition to her writing and consulting work, she frequently holds webinars, seminars and training sessions on AI and data governance at BeckAkademie and co-hosts the RegInt: Decoding AI Regulation podcast. Tea recently co-authored The AI Act Compact: Compliance, Management & Use Cases in Corporate Practice, offering an introduction to the AI Act and its practical impact on businesses. She is also a fellow of both the European Law Institute and the Global Negotiations Institute.
