Participation is open to AmCham Romania members, free of charge, based on prior online registration. All registered participants will receive the connection details via email ahead of the event.

Meet the speaker

Andreea is a lawyer and Fellow of Information Privacy with over a decade of experience advising organizations on EU data protection, technology law, and digital governance. Combining a background in informatics with a law degree, she brings a blend of technical depth and legal expertise to complex compliance challenges.
Currently serving as data protection officer at Jeppesen Foreflight, she has previously held senior in-house roles at Volvo Cars and Boeing, leading privacy compliance at global scale — both as controller and as processor. She holds CIPP/E, CIPM, and ECPC-B certifications, regularly lectures at Maastricht University’s European Center for Privacy and Cybersecurity, and mentors the next generation of privacy professionals through PrivacyCraft, a training and mentoring hub she founded in 2024.
