The Roundtable organised by the Data Protection and E-Privacy Task Force, will take place on 25th of  February and will be dedicated to a practical and solution-oriented dialogue between data privacy specialists and human resources professionals. Building on the success of our previous session with marketing experts, this edition aims to explore how data protection requirements intersect with HR processes across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and workforce analytics.

Through an interactive discussion format, participants will exchange real-life experiences, identify common challenges, and discuss pragmatic approaches to compliance that support both legal certainty and effective people management. The Roundtable is designed to foster mutual understanding between privacy and HR teams, encouraging collaboration that strengthens trust, safeguards employee data, and enables organizations to operate responsibly in an increasingly data-driven workplace.
