The AmCham Romania Data Protection & e-Privacy Task Force is organizing a new edition of its practical dialogue series  “Data Privacy Meets Product Development: Practical Conversations" on May 20, 2026, between 09:30- 11:00 am, at the AmCham Romania Premises.

The roundtable will bring together privacy professionals, product managers, legal experts and business representatives to explore how data protection considerations can be effectively integrated into product design and development processes from the earliest stages.

Focused on practical challenges and real-life experiences, the discussion will address topics such as privacy by design and by default, AI-enabled products, user trust, cross-functional collaboration between legal and technical teams, risk management, and balancing innovation with compliance obligations under the GDPR and evolving digital regulations.

Designed as an interactive and solutions-oriented conversation, the event aims to encourage the exchange of perspectives and best practices between professionals working at the intersection of technology, privacy, and product innovation.
