AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members to a new seminar offered by Trend Consult, on June 24, 2026, between 15:30 – 17:30. Please note that this workshop will be an IN-PERSON event, organized at AmCham Office (11 Ion Campineanu Street, Union International Center, 4th floor).

This interactive workshop introduces the concept of psychological safety and explores its impact on team performance, innovation, engagement and organizational culture. 

Participants will discover what it truly means to create an environment where people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, share ideas, give feedback and learn from mistakes.

During this 2-hour session, participants will:

• ⁠clearly define the concept of psychological safety 
• ⁠explore how fear impacts communication and performance.
• ⁠debunk common myths and misconceptions about psychological safety.
• ⁠identify behaviors that foster or block a healthy team climate.
• reflect on their own experiences and team dynamics.

The workshop combines practical insights, real-life examples, self-reflection exercises and interactive discussions, providing concrete tools to help create more open, courageous, and high-performing teams.

Language of the session: English, if not all participants are Romanian. Otherwise delivery is in Romanian.
