AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members and partners to the 3rd edition of the AmCham – ZF Conference Corporate Governance: From Buzzword to Strategic Pillar for Sustainable Development, an in-person business event on Friday, November 11, 2022 between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel (Constanța Ballroom). The event will be livestreamed on zf.ro and on Facebook at Ziarul Financiar and AmCham Romania.

On-site participants' registration starts with 9:30 am.

Like its previous editions, the conference will address the latest developments in the corporate governance global practice, and will, this year, dive into practical insights on how good governance helps companies and leadership navigate the storms impacting economies worldwide.

Business leaders from the U.S., Europe, and Romania will join the two moderated panels to share their expertise and views on how to overcome the challenges of the moment and to promote the importance of solid corporate governance practices both in the public and the private sectors.  

A Q&A session will follow each panel, encouraging conference participants to actively engage in the conversation, raise questions for the speakers and share their own views with the audience.
