AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members to the 7th edition of the Competition in Public Procurement - Competition Risks and Practical Remedies Conference, organized by AmCham Romania in partnership with the Competition Council on Monday, April 29, between 14:00 - 17:00, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Crowne Ballroom.

Following up on last year’s successful event, the conference tackles aspects of relevance for companies, contracting authorities, and state institutions involved in public procurement, such as:

• How to reduce collusion risks: checklist for attending the procurement process
• Information Flows in Public Procurement: The Influence of Competition Rules on Information Dissemination in Public Tenders from Bid Preparation to Contract Award           
• Market consultation and other mechanisms to increase the efficiency of public procurement procedures
• Bidders' previous participation in the award documentation preparation: distortion of competition or not?

The working language will be Romanian.
