We invite local companies to express their interest in joining AmCham Romania on a business delegation to the United States of America, from October 6th to 8th, 2025. The delegation will be a great opportunity for local companies in the Technology sector (including AI, cybersecurity) and related industries (MedTech) to explore new markets, engage with private, public and academic stakeholders, find valuable partners, learn about trends shaping America’s private sector and experience the vibrant business life of Boston, Massachusetts.
We encourage all companies that consider potentially joining this program to express their interest so that we can coordinate any requests for local engagements in Boston. The final delegation program will depend on the composition of the delegation - interested businesses are invited to express their interest as soon as possible (ideally by early June).

COSTS
- Early Bird -
Delegates who register before June 15th, 2026 enjoy a discounted rate of EUR 500 (incl. VAT).
- Regular -
The regular rate after June 15th, 2026 is EUR 700 (incl. VAT).
These rates include local transporation during the 3-day delegation program, a local networking event and a social evening.
Delegates that also want to participate in the Annual Meeting & Exposition of the Association of the U.S. Army are encouraged to reach out to AmCham to learn more about registration options.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
While delegates are invited to make individual arrangements, AmCham Romania provides recommendations for coordinated travel and hotels for all attendees. Before planning your travel and stay, please reach out to us for details on preferential hotel rates and flight recommendations.
VISA REQUIREMTS
All delegates need to have a valid U.S. Visa or an approved ESTA to participate in the delegation. AmCham Romania can provide support in obtaining a B1/B2 U.S. Visa through AmCham’s Business Visa Facilitation Program.
ORIENTATION & BRIEFING
Delegates will benefit from pre-departure briefings and orientation sessions from the AmCham team.
SUPPORT SERVICES
AmCham’s onsite assistance includes travel itineraries, local transportation when needed, and recommendations for free time activities.
