As the Country Managing Partner within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Dino uses his extensive experience and deep understanding of a wide variety of industries, to help his people (employees) achieve their business goals.

Experience

Dino boasts an experience of more than 21 years in Accounting and Business process outsourcing (BPO), of which 15 years as a tax and accounting advisor in Romania. He has developed his competencies and expertise in professional advisory services related particularly to direct taxation – profit tax, withholding tax, financial and tax due diligence, as well as Romanian and international taxation.​ 

Work highlights

Dino was involved in various start-up projects and coordinates teams, which are working for clients who outsourced the entire accounting and finance function of their companies.​ Being enthusiastic about teaching and sharing his knowledge, Dino has authored several articles and has been a speaker at various seminars and conferences, both national and international.

Bianca Vlad, Partner, Tax, Forvis Mazars in Romania & Deputy Chair of the AmCham Taxation Committee

As a Tax Partner within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Bianca uses her extensive experience and deep understanding of a wide variety of industries, to help her clients achieve their corporate goals

Experience

Bianca boasts an experience of more than 20 years in the field of Romanian and EU VAT legislation, having provided advisory, with a focus on indirect taxation. Since she joined the firm, Bianca was also responsible for several engagements and provided advice on excise duty and VAT for Romanian and foreign companies in various industries.

Work highlights

Most of the projects where Bianca was involved referred to VAT consultancy, restructuring, business chain transformation, transfer of business, VAT reimbursement, and VAT registration. Having written numerous articles on VAT and excise duties, Bianca works alongside her colleagues to help them grow their stories, whether they aspire to specialise in indirect taxation or work on their succession plans.

Răzvan Butucaru, Partner, Financial Services & Advisory Leader, Forvis Mazars in Romania

As a Partner, Financial Services & Advisory Leader within Forvis Mazars in Romania, Răzvan Butucaru, together with his team of passionate professionals, offers support for the critical moments that define the success of a business.

Experience

Before joining Forvis Mazars, Răzvan started his career in an international audit and consulting company and subsequently worked in the banking sector for a large regional financial services group.​

Work highlights

An important aspect of Răzvan’s activity is to keep the boards of directors and the executive management team informed of what matters to investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders, to better manage their businesses.​ Răzvan frequently conducts workshops for his clients, speaks at various technical events and he is the author of numerous articles in the specialised press.​
