The masterclass brings two perspectives: 

• Bogdan Zurbagiu brings real-life extreme performance cases from open-water endurance swimming, focused on risk, uncertainty, effort dosing and clarity under pressure. 
• Dana Dobrescu translates these experiences into practical tools for decision quality, energy management, and sustainable performance.

Dana Dobrescu is a senior corporate communication professional with over 20 years of experience in communication strategy and corporate affairs. Her expertise includes corporate storytelling, advocacy, crisis communication, employee engagement. She is also the author of the 3X Better Newsletter, where she writes about personal performance, wellbeing, habits, energy, mindset and science-based behavior change.

Bogdan Zurbagiu

Bogdan Zurbagiu is a corporate executive and open-water endurance swimmer, specialised in long-distance races in extreme conditions. He crossed the English Channel with a time that places him in the top 20% of successful Channel swimmers and has completed multiple Romanian premieres, including 28 hours of non-stop swimming on the Danube.
