AmCham Roundtable: Applying Whistleblowing Rules - Insights from the AmCham Romania Guidelines

AmCham Romania invites you to a new edition of the Whistleblowing Roundtable, focused on the practical implementation of the AmCham Whistleblowing Guidelines, on May 9, 2025, between 9:30 am and 11:00 am at AmCham Romania (11 Ion Câmpineanu Street, Union International Center).

As companies continue to adjust internal procedures in line with the national transposition of the EU Whistleblowing Directive, this session provides a valuable opportunity to:

• Understand the key recommendations outlined in the AmCham Guidelines;
• Share implementation experiences and challenges among peers;
• Discuss common dilemmas and practical solutions;
• Strengthen internal reporting culture as a pillar of good corporate governance.

The roundtable will feature a presentation of the Guidelines, as well as a Q&A segment to address your most pressing questions.

Please note that the discussion will be in Romanian. On-site participants' registration starts at 09:00 am.

Participation is open to AmCham members, based on prior confirmation here by May 7, 2024, 17:00.

Participation is limited to 40 people max, on a first come first served basis. In case the no. of registrations exceeds the seats’ availability, we will filter registrations to allow 1 attendee per member company, to ensure adequate representation for our community;
