AmCham Romania invites members and partners to the annual AmCham - ZF Corporate Governance Conference, 7th edition, on Friday, October 9, 2026 between 09:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Constanța Ballroom. 

As companies navigate an increasingly complex business environment, strong corporate governance remains essential to sound decision-making, organizational resilience, and long-term value creation.

Building on the dialogue of the previous editions, this year’s conference will bring together board members, business leaders, and corporate governance experts to discuss how governance is evolving in response to changing economic, regulatory, and strategic realities.
