AmCham Romania invites members and partners to the 6th edition of the AmCham - ZF Corporate Governance Conference: The Art of Balance: Leadership and Governance under the Pressure of Reputation and Regulation, on Friday, October 31, 2025 between 09:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Constanța Ballroom. 

On-site participants' registration starts at 9:00 am.

Good governance is no longer just a compliance requirement – it is a strategic tool that shapes organizational success. This year’s edition will explore the executive and board perspectives of corporate governance, examining how leaders and board members balance reputation, regulation, and results while navigating relationships with key stakeholders.

The conference introduces a new format, featuring a single expert-led panel, which allows for more in-depth discussion and interactive dialogue between participants and speakers. Top executives from diverse sectors will share practical approaches to balanced governance, offering insights on aligning governance practices with strategic objectives, managing risks, and creating long-term value.

Participation is free of charge, based on prior confirmation. The working language for this event is Romanian.
