AmCham Romania is thrilled to invite members and partners to the 4th edition of the AmCham – ZF Conference Corporate Governance: From Corporate Success to Inclusive Prosperity and National Resilience, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 between 09:00 am - 12:00 pm, at the Sheraton Bucharest Hotel. 

On-site participants' registration starts at 9:00 am.

Like its previous editions, the conference will look at the latest developments in corporate governance global practice and will bring hands on insights into how good governance helps companies succeed. This year's edition is particularly relevant in the context of Romania's bid to join the OECD and the EU's recent initiatives to put forward new corporate responsibility regulations.

Business leaders from the U.S., Europe, and Romania will join the two moderated panels to share their expertise and views on how to seize the opportunities of the moment and to promote the importance of solid corporate governance practices both in the public and the private sectors. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the conversation, raise questions for the speakers, and share their own views with the audience.

Participation is free of charge, based on prior confirmation. The working language for this event is Romanian. Registration is open by November 6, 2023, EOB.
