AmCham Romania is pleased to invite its members and interested companies to its first conference dedicated to Alternative Fuels Infrastructure. Initiated by the AmCham Energy Committee, the event will bring together business leaders, policymakers, regulators, and industry experts to discuss the development of Romania’s alternative fuels infrastructure, the implementation of the European regulatory framework, and the investment opportunities emerging across the clean mobility ecosystem. The conference is open to energy and mobility sector leaders, as well as to companies interested in electric charging, hydrogen and other alternative fuels, transport decarbonization, and the infrastructure needed to support Romania’s transition towards sustainable mobility.
The purpose of the event is to assess where Romania stands in terms of implementing the provisions of the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) and creating a workable infrastructure for alternative fuels and e-mobility. Given also the targets set out in AFIR for the Member States, including Romania, the event would be a great occasion to identify who’s who and who’s doing what in the sector, so that a dialogue platform between authorities and economic agents is created and operationalized.
