AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members to the AmCham AI & PRIVACY FORUM, scheduled for November 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,  at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Grand Ballroom CD.

Powered by AmCham’s Digital Economy Committee and Data Protection & e-Privacy Task Force, the forum will provide a unique platform to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping business and governance, and how privacy and data protection frameworks can support its secure and responsible implementation. 

• The first panel, “The AI & GDPR Interplay”, will convene regulators, legal experts, and industry leaders to discuss governance models and policies that ensure compliance while enabling growth. 
• The second panel will focus on “Unlocking the Value of AI in Business, and in Romania”, bringing together representatives of government, financial services, academia, and the tech sector to highlight how AI can drive productivity, cost optimization, and innovation.
