Roma Education Fund Romania (REF Romania) is a non-profit organization working to strengthen the resilience of Roma communities through education. Our mission is to empower Roma individuals to thrive amid social, economic, and political change by supporting their educational journeys from early childhood to employment. With over 16 years of experience in Romania, we design and implement programs focused on early learning, youth empowerment, vocational training, and inclusive education. REF Romania collaborates with public institutions, civil society, and private sector partners to create sustainable, systemic impact and ensure that Roma children, youth, and families are equipped to shape their own futures.
