Morphosis Capital is a newly formed investment firm targeting Romanian companies with international potential, focused on, but not limited to investment in FMCG, IT&C, luxury goods and print packaging. Investments start from EUR 5m to EUR 100m and the differentiator is the hands on management of the companies invested in, through management of significant international and local track record. We aim at identifying both early stages and mature but agile Romanian companies and provide them with the marketing and finance expertise as well as the capital investment in order to turn them into success stories outside Romania.
Our investments would be held for 3-5 years and aim at doubling to tripling the expected value through geographical expansion, brand extensions, state of the art marketing and worldwide network, capitalizing on the unique Romanian value proposition: creativity, European heritage, craftsmanship, design, exquisite taste and cost advantage.
