Founded in 2004, Global Vision group develops, designs, builds and ensures the management of the real estate projects owned by private and institutional investors in Romania and CEE.

Sorin Preda's leadership guided the metamorphosis of the company from a local start-up (2004), to one of the fastest-growing real estate platforms in Romania (2011) and finally, to an enterprise-focused regional player (2020)

Our team of 200 real estate professionals is responsible for the three interconnected areas of expertise – development, construction, and property & facility management.

Currently, Global Vision is managing 10 development projects (1.6 mln sq.m) simultaneously and modern industrial real estate including logistics facilities, warehouses, business parks and residential projects in strategic locations throughout 4 countries: Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and United States.

The company is currently looking for new investment opportunities in Croatia, Serbia and Czech Republic.

Global Vision also provides facility and property management services (800,000 sq.m) with a wide range of solutions: security, video surveillance, cleaning, monitoring, technical maintenance.
