Logistica S.A. – RETAIL Division (former SIEPCOFAR SA) is the business line established in 1992, operating on the retail market for pharmaceutical products and services, under the market brand “DONA Pharmacies”. We are leading pharma retail company, currently no. 4 chain by national coverage, owning >320 pharmacies licenses, having more than 1,800 employees, with high-quality standards of the services offered to our patients.
- Dona. Logistica S.A. – WHOLESALE Division is an important player (5th rank) on the pharmaceutical wholesale market, with national coverage. The business line was founded in 2014 and its purpose is to fully satisfy the patient’s priority need for pharmaceutical products, regardless of the pharmacy whose clients they are, thus ensuring a good distribution of pharmaceuticals throughout the Romanian territory, having contracts concluded with most of the international pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Dona Marketing Grup S.R.L. – Marketing Division is the exclusive owner of all rights over the brands used for the promotion and operation of Dona Pharmacies, national trademarks at the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks. It is offering marketing services to the manufacturers to sustain and to promote their brands in our own pharmacies and franchised pharmacies that cover all the country. We collaborate with over 35 francized pharmacies under “DONA Pharmacy” brand.
- DONA.Cargo S.R.L. – Transport Division offers pharma transport and deliveries all over the country.
- Sanvero Healthcare S.R.L. sells Food supplements and medical devices under its owned private label.
The Group is controlled by Dr. Eugen Banciu, who holds 99.99% of the share capital of the Calihory Company S.R.L. - the parent company of the DONA Group.
