- Dona. Logistica S.A. – Retail Division (former SIEPCOFAR): Established in 1992, this division operates under the "Farmacia DONA" brand. As the 4th largest pharmacy chain by national coverage, it manages over 330 licenses and employs more than 1,800 professionals committed to high-quality patient care.
- Dona. Logistica S.A. – Wholesale Division: Founded in 2014, this division ranks 5th in the pharmaceutical wholesale market. In 2024, the division expanded its footprint into the veterinary medicine distribution market by acquiring the commercial fund (goodwill) of an established player in this sector. It ensures nationwide distribution through contracts with major local and international manufacturers.
- Dona Marketing Grup S.R.L. – Marketing Division: This entity holds the exclusive rights to the "Farmacia DONA" trademarks. It provides specialized marketing services to manufacturers and oversees a growing network of over 38 franchised pharmacies nationwide.
- DONA.Cargo S.R.L. – Transport Division: A dedicated logistics arm providing specialized pharmaceutical transport and delivery services across the country.
- Sanvero Healthcare S.R.L.: The Group’s private label division, focusing on the sale of high-quality food supplements and medical devices.
The Group is majority-owned (99.99%) by Dr. Eugen Banciu through the parent company, Calihory Company S.R.L.
