EU ADVISORS consultancy service target companies, public authorities, academic environment, research institutes, and SMEs that play a significant role for increasing the competitiveness of the Romanian economy.

EU ADVISORS offers services in the area of state aid, European funds, international financing mechanisms (instruments managed by IFIs), SEE funds, financial instruments managed by the European Commission, electronic registration of chemical substances on EU platforms (e.g. REACH, iUCLID, PCN). We offer support in structuring the project, preparing the application documentation, negotiating the financing agreement and during implementation.

EU ADVISORS promotes competitiveness and supports entities in developing a sustainable vision in the medium and long term, focusing on increasing added value through innovation, technology adoption and up-grading and investment in R&D activities.

EU ADVISORS offers high standard of services combined with full independence and global expertise. We are specialized in business activity cost optimization and solutions for using public sources of financing.

A collaboration for EU funds regards:

  • Preparation and substantiation of business plans and investment strategy for new investment projects;
  • Consultancy for structuring and optimization of investment projects according to public financing instruments available;
  • Consultancy and specific studies (business plans, market studies, feasibility studies, financial modeling etc) regarding the Romanian business environment;
  • Consultancy and assistance for obtaining financing from public resources (preparing the grant application form and the related administrative documentation);
  • Consultancy during implementation for:
  • Coordinating, monitoring and reporting activities during implementation;
  • Planning and implementation of eligible activities;
  • Preparing payment requests;
  • Preparing reimbursement requests;
  • Preparing progress reports;
  • Assistance in preparing administrative documents requested by the instrument.

For EU policies the collaboration regards:

  • Compliance with Regulation (EC) no 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH);
  • Compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures;
  • Compliance with Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law;
  • Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
